A jury in Glynn County, Georgia, found three men â Gregory McMichael, his son Travis McMichael and their neighbor William âRoddieâ Bryan Jr. â guilty on multiple counts of murder for the killing of Ahmaud Arbery, a 25-year-old Black man fatally shot while out for a jog on February 23, 2020.

Travis McMichael, the man who shot Arbery, was found guilty on all of the nine charges he faced.
His father, Gregory McMichael, was found guilty on eight of the nine charges he faced. William âRoddieâ Bryan Jr. was found guilty on six of the nine charges he faced.

Theyâve all been found guilty of felony murder, along with other charges, and face life in prison. All three have also been indicted on federal hate crime and attempted kidnapping charges.
The video of the shooting of Arbery while he was jogging in Brunswick, Georgia, in 2020 caused national outrage.
