The Federal High Court in Abuja has Adjourned the case of Ipob Leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu that’s is scheduled to be held today to 21 October 2021 due to Nigeria Department of State (DSS) refusal to bring the IPOB leader to court.

Africhome News Team gathered that there was heavy security presence as Nigeria joint Nigeria prevented Journalist and lawyers from gaining access to the court room and some Ipob members where arrested and taken to unknown destinations.

Africhome also learnt that trial judge Justice Binta Nyako was furious that he can’t begin a trial without the defendant in court, she hereby adjourned the case to October 21 2021 and urged the prosecution to ensure that Kanu is brought to court to witness his trial.
