Abuja Electricity gives debtors 72 hours to settle bills

The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company AEDC has announced that it will disconnect the electricity supply to all customers with outstanding bills if they fail to settle their debt within the next 72 hours.

The deadline for payment is Monday, June 3, 2024. Acting Managing Director of AEDC Victor Ojelabi, revealed Friday.

He emphasized the importance of adhering to payment deadlines.

He reiterated the AEDC’S commitment to providing efficient and reliable service but warned that this requires prompt payment of electricity bills.
