97 Minutes is an action thriller film directed by Timo Vuorensola and written by Pavan Grover that stars Alec Baldwin, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, and MyAnna Buring.
A ticking clock scenario unfolds as a hijacked 767 airplane faces imminent disaster when its fuel supply dwindles, with just 97 minutes remaining.
Pavan Grover, Jamie Thompson, and Jake Seal produce 97 Minutes. Working from a scenario by Pavan Grover, director Timo Vuorensola and cinematographer Konstantin Freyer completed filming in 18 days on two film sets. Grover stated that Baldwin had been attached for 18 months before to filming and that the role had been created for him.
Previously, William Hurt was tied to the picture.Grover wrote the script while working as an Interventional Spine Specialist and Minimally Invasive Surgeon in Houston, Texas in 2009.
