More than one month after he was rescued by American special forces, the police have arrested two of the 15 member kidnap gang that abducted Philip Walton.
6 of the assailants who held the victim were killed during the rescue operation by the American Seal Team 6, while one was taken alive.
The Police say the suspects before their arrests were planning with their colleagues who are now at large to carry out a string of cross border abductions.
27 year old Walton was kidnapped in Massalta, Niger Republic on the 26th of October 2020, and taken to Illela in North West Nigeria before he was rescued on the 31st of October the 31st.
