However, Manchester United responded by equalizing in the 37th minute, with Bryan Mbeumo capitalizing on an errant pass from Martin Zubimendi and rounding goalkeeper David Raya to score.
In the second half, just five minutes after the restart, Patrick Dorgu put United in the lead with a stunning shot that hit the underside of the bar following a combination play with Bruno Fernandes. Arsenal quickly bounced back, with substitute Mikel Merino scoring to level the match at 2-2.
Nevertheless, Matheus Cunha secured the win for Manchester United in the 87th minute with a brilliant curled shot from distance, leaving the Gunners without the points at home.
