A portion of angry Ghanaian football fans invaded Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi on Thursday night, after the national team’s devastating 1-0 loss to Angola.
The tumultuous situation on the pitch is captured in an unsettling video clip that has been shared on social media.
In the video, angry spectators can be seen tossing plastic bottles and other objects onto the field in a show of displeasure after their team lost a goal to nill in the 93rd minute during their match against the Angola Team from Group F in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying.

The enraged supporters were let down because Angola played a compact game, giving the home team little room to maneuver, even though Ghana had six elite players from the English Premier League on the field.

Nearly every pitch perimeter panel that was put at the venue was smashed by the irate supporters.
The Palancas Negras scored the game’s lone goal in the 93rd minute by going on the counterattack and keeping their calm throughout.
