Stuart Scheller who went viral for questioning the US’ top military leaders during the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan has be released from jail yesterday, October 5, according to Fox News reports.
The Lt. Col. was locked up last Monday after refusing an order to stop posting to social media, a command which was made after a series of videos featuring him speaking out against military leaders went viral.
The officer was relieved of his command and put into confinement while awaiting trial for contempt just three years off from retirement.
