The Defence Headquarters reported that troops in the Niger Delta uncovered and destroyed 36 illegal refining sites and stopped the theft of crude oil worth N793 million in the last week. Additionally, 106 terrorists were killed in the North, and 103 abductees were rescued. The Director of Defence Media Operations, Maj. Gen. Edward Buba made this announcement during a briefing in Abuja on Thursday.
