The presidential tribunal’s five-member panel has reserved judgment on the appeal filed by Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi against Tinubu and the All Progressives Party.
Peter Obi, who finished third in the poll, is challenging the results that produces Bola Tinubu’s All Progressives Congress victory.
After accepting the parties’ last written addresses, the tribunal deferred judgment for a date to be announced to the parties in the case.
