Just In: Nnamdi Kanu Moved Back To DSS Custody As Court Adjourns Case Till Nov 10

The case of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has been adjourned to November 10, 2021.
Africhome gathered that Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court, Abuja, had postponed the case.

Nnamdi Kanu was driven away by the DSS from the courtroom, and he will remain in their custody until the next hearing date.

The IPOB leader who pleaded not guilty has been facing charges of terrorism and an attempt to overthrow the Nigerian government.

Security operatives barred journalists, lawyers and staff of the FHC from entering the Court premises.

Others stopped from access the court room include former Anambra governor, Chukwuemeka Ezeife, Omoyele Sowore, Senator Andy Uba, etc.
