The English Premier League fixtures for the 2022–23 season have been revealed, with champions Manchester City starting their title defense with a tough trip to West Ham.

The campaign kicks off on Friday 5 August when Crystal Palace takes on Arsenal. This is the second consecutive season that Mikel Arteta’s team have to play opponents opponents from London, after losing to Brentford in the opening match last year.

Elsewhere, Liverpool visit league championship winners Fulham, while newly promoted Bournemouth take on Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest head to the northeast to take on Newcastle on their return flight.
