Prof. Godfrey Igwebuike Onah, Catholic Bishop of Nsukka Diocese made history as St Theresa’s Cathedral was dedicated yesterday.
The cathedral started by Emeritus Bishop Francis Emmanuel Ogbonna Okobo can well take up to 5,000 people.
The Apostolic Nuncio to Nigeria, Msgr. Antonio Guido Filipazz was at the head of Archbishops and Bishops who were there to witness the ceremony.
The event attracted a great number of people as Nsukka welcomed various leaders from the political class and those of other denominations.
