Massive casualties were miraculously avoided when a three-story old building partially collapsed this morning around 4.35 a.m, leaving the occupants stranded and in shock.

The building at No 112 Bende Street, Port Harcourt was a very old building inhabited by some families who where risking their lives.

Africhome News Team gathered that residents on a rescue mission rushed to get ladders and other equipment to evacuate the occupants to safety as the staircase was also affected by the collapse.
