Singer Burna Boy lost in two categories in which he was nominated for the 65th edition of the 2023 Grammy Awards.
Grammy-winning singer, songwriter and performer Burna Boy lost out in two categories he was nominated for at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards 2023 held at the Microsoft Theater in the United States today, Sunday, February 5, 2023.
The singer was nominated alongside the likes of Angelique Kidjo for Best Global Album and Eddy Kenzo for Best Global Performance. The “Best Global Album” category, where he received his 5th Grammy nomination for the studio album “Love Damini”, was won by Masa Takumi’s album; – Sakura.
The singer’s ‘Last Last’ performance also lost his 6th grammy nomination in the ‘Best Global Performance’ category to a collaboration by top acts, Wouter Kellerman, Zakes Bantwini and Nomcebo Zikode with ‘Bayethe.
