Chairman of INEC, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, Who also doubles as the Returning Officer for the 2023 Presidential Election has declared the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner of the Saturday, February 25, 2023, Fraudulent Presidential Election in Nigeria.

Yakubu said the APC Candidate Polled 8,794,726, votes to defeat his closest contender, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, Atiku Abubakar. Who scored 6,984,520.

The Labour Party Candidate; Peter Obi scored 6,101,533 votes to emerge third.

Professor Mahmood said the certificate of return for the president-Elect will be presented on Wednesday, February 29, 2023.

Meanwhile both international and Local election observers says the election where full of irregularities and malpractice as the Bivas machine did not transmit the results from the poling units despite assurance from Inec.

Earlier on Monday both parties of PDP and labour party staged a work out from Inec collection center to protest the Fraudulent Election.
