Cristiano Ronaldo has signed a two-year contract with Saudi Arabia’s club Al-Nassr in a deal worth €200m per year with commercial benefits included.
The striker was a free agent after his contract with Manchester United was canceled on both sides.
Ronaldo revealed in November that he rejected a £305m move to Saudi Arabia in the summer.
Al-Nassr broke the news via their social media pages on Friday evening, calling the former Manchester United forward the “world’s greatest athlete.
Ronaldo left Manchester United last month following an explosive television interview with Piers Morgan in which the forward said he felt betrayed by the club and did not respect their Dutch manager Erik ten Hag
