No fewer than seven persons were feared killed when unknown gunmen attacked the convoy of Senator Ifeanyi Ubah in Anambra State.
The incident occured at Enugwu-Ukwu in Njikoka local government area.
Ubah of the Young Progressive Party (YPP) represents Anambra South.
According to Africhome Sources some of his aides were killed including some police officers. The senator managed to escape as his car was riddled with bullets.
