A mild drama played out this afternoon as some Rumukwurusi youths clashed with officials of the Rivers State Task Force at Oil Mill by East West Road Junction.
The youths, our correspondent reports, are demanding a compulsory N80,000 before they would allow the state officials tow a damaged truck.
One of the youths told Africhome News Team, that the levy is for securing the vehicle before the arrival of the officials.
