21-year-old Chidinma Ojukwu is in Yaba Magistrate Court in Lagos State for the alleged killing of the Super TV Chief Executive Officer, Usifo Ataga.
The 300-level student of the University of Lagos is to be arraigned alongside other suspects.
Recall that she was arrested on June 23 following the death of her lover, Ataga, who is said to have been stabbed to death.
She had confessed to the crime but later made a U-turn later in a video, stating that she did not kill anyone.
