Police has arrested a lady identified as Laureta for allegedly killing a businessman identified as Chukwuemeka.
Reports have it that the suspect was arrested after business associates of the deceased launched a search for him after all efforts made to reach out to him proved abortive.
Chukwuemeka was reportedly found in his bedroom in a pool of blood. It was gathered that the incident happened on Sunday, Aug 1, 2021. The deceased’s Mercedes Benz was tracked and Laureta was caught chilling in a hotel on Wednesday, Aug 4.
According to reports she disclosed the deceased was her Sugar Daddy and that she killed him and ran away with his N7m and car documents.She has been transferred from Ewet housing police station to the State’s CID where she will be properly interrogated. Her reason for killing Chukwuemeka remains unknown
According to Eyewitnesses”the girl in the picture visited the deceased in Uyo, butchered him to death and made away with his brand new Mercedes Benz 4matic and the original documents.
