Covid-19: Kuwait BANS Unvaccinated Citizens From Leaving The Country

Only citizens who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 will be permitted to travel outside the country, according to newly announced regulations by the Kuwaiti government.

Children younger than 16, pregnant women and people with certificates of exclusion from inoculation issued by the health ministry are the only individuals exempt from the new rule, Reuters reported.

The tough new rules come just one day after the Kuwaiti government lifted restrictions allowing all activities except for some gatherings such as conferences, weddings and social events, according to Reuters.
