Former President Donald Trump said Wednesday that he is filing a class-action lawsuit against tech giants Facebook and Twitter — along with their CEOs, Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey — because of bans imposed on him and others.

Trump announced the lawsuits in a press conference in Bedminster, New Jersey, flanked by Rollins and other AFPI board members.
The suits argue that Twitter, Facebook and Google violated the First Amendment by unfairly censoring Trump and other conservatives—though Trump has a reputation for not following through on lawsuits he’s filed.Twitter has banned Trump indefinitely, while Facebook suspended the former president for two years, a decision that was affirmed by the company’s Oversight Board in May.
Representatives for Twitter and Facebook declined to comment.
