Police in Kano state in northern Nigeria has confirmed the arrest of a 22 years old boy, Bashir Peter Bala for allergyly using a plastic ruler and masking tape to withdraw money from an ATM machine without Atm card.
According to the police, the suspect has confess to the crime, and claimed that he has been using this method to withdraw’ money from different ATM machine in the state, for a long period of time, before the hands of the law caught up with him.
Among the things that was recoverd from the suspect where screw driver, masking tape, plastic ruler and N68,000.
