A video making rounds on social media captured the moment some members of Ogidi community in Anambra state tie a young man on a tree and flogged him mercilessly for assaulting his mum.
According to Africhome News Team sources, the young man identified as Sunday Maduegbunam Kosisochukwu was earlier seen on a viral video beating up his mother and shoving her around.
Sunday’s act was deemed abominable by the youths in the community and he was confronted to confirm he is the one in the video.
The community leaders caught the young man and tied him up to a tree for punishment.
