Rivers State Police Command have announces restriction of movement from 12 am midnight on Friday 16th to 2pm on Saturday, April 17th.
According to a press release issued by Rivers State Commission of Police he has also deploys 17500 personnel to provide security during the election billed for Saturday, April 17th and also block all entry and exit points into Rivers State until elections are are over.
