Drivers who operate the UST/Ada George axis are protesting the harassment of one of their members by the Police.
Drivers’ Welfare Chairman, Choba Unit, Bestman Chile, told our correspondent that the Policeman involved had asked the bus driver to pay a certain amount of money, which the driver refused.
Mr Chile said the incident led to a fight and the Policeman involved called his colleagues who beat up, stripped the driver and vandalized his bus.
