Following the directives issued by Nigeria Communications Commission last week, that all mobile sim card should be link to National Identification Number (NIN), the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) on Monday instructed National Identification Number (NIN) applicants to download the enrolment form, fill and submit it at any of its enrolment centres across the country.
