The Rivers State Ministry of Transport says it will arrest passengers of commercial tricycles, otherwise called ‘Keke NAPEP’, seen operating on major roads in Port Harcourt.
The Commissioner for Transport, Osima Ginah, made this known when he led a team to enforce the ban placed on commercial tricycles on major roads in the city.
Recall that Governor Nyesom Wike in October approved the ban on the operations of tricycles on all major roads in Port Harcourt and Obio/Akpor Local Government Areas.
